宋 昕

宋昕,女,博士,中国科学院南京土壤研究所研究员,美国加利福尼亚洲高级专业注册工程师(注册号:77178),美国土木工程师协会会员,美国国家地下水协会会员,国际水资源协会会员。1997年毕业于大连理工大学获学士学位,1993年毕业于清华大学华硕士学位,1997年毕业于美国马里兰大学获环境工程博士学位。曾任荷兰ARCADIS工程咨询公司美国部水文地质学家和环境工程师。已有10多年的工作经历和丰富的国际环保经验,主要从事固体废弃物的管理,污染场地土壤和地下水,地表水的调查和修复研究。工作期间掌握了世界前沿地下水运动及污染质运移的数值模拟,发展场地污染模型,进行污染场地的可行性研究,污染修复工程设计。作为技术总监和主要技术人员,参加了多项美国国家级重点项目(美国军队基地,海军基地以及空军基地的污染场地)的调查和修复,她参与多项美国土地管理局牵头的矿场环境影响评估的审批。2012与马里兰大学专家和美国国防部专家合作撰写了“稀土材料的见解和关注问题”(Rare Earth Martials: Insights and Concerns),在国外核心学术刊物上和国际会议上发表的学术论文,会议论文和会议报告共15余篇 (其中包括Environmental Science and Technology and Journal of Contaminant Hydrology),共编写工业污染场地环境调查和修复报告近120份。
