陈梦舫

陈梦舫,男,1964年7月出生于湖北省洪湖市。1985年毕业于中国地质大学矿产系煤田沉积学专业,1986年教育部公派留学英国,1990年获英国纽卡索大学地质系沉积地球化学专业博士学位。2010年入选中国科学院“项目百人计划”(引进国外杰出人才),现任中国科学院土壤环境与污染修复重点实验室研究员,博士生导师。
    主要从事工业场地污染调查和修复及地下水资源管理的研究。工作期间掌握了世界前沿地下水运动及污染物运移的数值模拟,地球水化学模拟,针对人体健康和生态环境的定量风险评估及原位生物化学修复技术。2005至2010年期间主持了伦敦2012奥运公园的土壤与地下水污染调查,评估与修复项目,大型防洪工程项目,新老核电站的环境影响评估项目,固体废物填埋对水环境的风险评估项目,废物焚烧对农牧产品与生态环境的风险评估项目。并应用环境模拟及定量健康与环境评估技术为100多家大型企业和政府机构的场地进行了污染调查,水资源管理,和土壤与地下水修复。曾为英国环保总局及英国环境,运输和区域部主持过工业污染场地健康评估软件(CLEA) 的开发项目。目前CLEA已经成为英国环保局制定土壤筛选值和定量人体健康与生态环境评估的标准软件。最近成为美国GSI Environmental集团RBCA软件开发的合作伙伴,并定期在工业界主办场地健康与环境定量风险评估技术培训。工作20多年来共发表学术论文30余篇,撰写了150份场地调查,风险评估与修复技术咨询报告,并经常特邀在棕地风险评估国际会议上作主题报告。
